in a general area, enter a ZIP code and select how many miles around the ZIP code

If searching by location for:

A Primary Care Provider,
select Primary Care Provider from the drop down menu in the specialty field.

A Hospital, select Hospital
from the drop down menu in the specialty field.

A Specialist, select
the desired Specialist from the drop down menu in the specialty field.

Please remember:
1. When your primary care provider (PCP) sends you to see a specialist, it is called
a referral. If you think you need to see a specialist, talk to your PCP about it.
A referral to a Delaware Physicians Care specialist is not required. As long as
they are part of our network, you do not need a referral. Let your PCP know if you
visit a specialist, so they can help you with your care.
