Delaware Physicians Care wants to make sure members and their families get the covered
health care they need.
Here is a list of some of the benefits available to our members:
- Clinical staff is available to answer your questions about your health care needs
during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday). If you call
after business hours, you may leave a message. A clinician will return your call
the following business day during normal business hours. Delaware Physicians Care
clinical staff will always tell you their name, title and that they are calling
from Delaware Physicians Care.
- Disease management programs for asthma, diabetes, congestive heart failure (CHF),
chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and others
- Large network of physicians and hospitals
- Special needs programs for children, individuals with Acquired Immunodeficiency
Syndrome (AIDS) and more
- Wellness programs for children and adults
- Behavioral health services
- Clinical guidelines, available to Delaware Physicians Care members at no charge.
