Delaware Physicians Care wants to make sure members and their families get the covered
health care they need.
Here is a list of some of the benefits available to our members:
- 24-hour customer service
- Clinical staff is available to answer your questions about your health care needs
during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday). If you call after
business hours, you may leave a message. A clinician will return your call the following
business day during normal business hours. DPCI clinical staff will always tell
you their name, title and that they are calling from DPCI.
- Disease management programs for asthma, diabetes, congestive heart failure and others
- Large network of physicians and hospitals
- Special needs programs for children, individuals with Acquired Immunodeficiency
Syndrome (AIDS) and more
- Wellness programs for children and adults
- Behavioral health services
- Clinical Guidelines, available to DPCI members at no charge.
