Delaware Physicians Care wants to make sure members and their families get the covered health care they need.

Here is a list of some of the benefits available to our members:

• 24-hour customer service
• Clinical staff is available to answer your questions about your health care needs during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday). If you call after business hours, you may leave a message. A clinician will return your call the following business day during normal business hours. DPCI clinical staff will always tell you their name, title and that they are calling from DPCI.
• Disease management programs for asthma, diabetes, congestive heart failure and others
• Large network of physicians and hospitals
• Special needs programs for children, individuals with Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) and more
